ReTreat takes its responsibilities towards the security of your information seriously.

ReTreat has developed a privacy policy in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to the privacy of your data and to comply with data privacy law. ReTreat is committed to safeguarding the privacy of your data whilst providing a personalised and valuable service. ReTreat is also IOC registered.

This information will be kept for 3years or as long as ReTreat Insurance company requests.

  2. responding to queries from you;

This information will be kept for 3 years or as long as ReTreat’s insurance company requests.

Your data is used on the basis of you consenting to it’s use for the purpose outlined and because it is in ReTreat’s legitimate interests and the client’s reasonable expectations to do so in delivering the service requested.

ReTreat will not pass your information to any third party except:

    • any regulatory or government authority
    • a court of law
