About Me

I am a fully qualified Complementary Therapist, based in Hove, Sussex. I am able to offer treatments in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Body Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Head, Back and Shoulder Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Tropic Skincare Facials, Hot and Cold Stone Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Thermal Auricular Therapy (ear candling) and Scar Therapy.

Before becoming a Complementary Therapist I was a teacher for 20 years, and in that time I came to know a lot about stress and the profound effects it can have on individuals. Holistic treatments offer an excellent way to take time out from your routine, to feel help you feel relaxed, revitalised and energised, as well as helping to reduce pain and tension.

Over the last few years I have been working with people who have conditions such as Muscular Sclerosis and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME) and have found their condition, and quality have life, have improved dramatically through a variety of therapies.

I have also seen positive effects dealing with women’s health issues, such as fertility and pregnancy, menstrual problems and menopause. I am also trained in Pregnancy Massage.
